Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope & Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may and may not do with the aiagentsprint.com website, all purchased products, and any associated community or communication channels. This AUP applies to:

• All visitors to and users of aiagentsprint.com;
• All purchasers of physical and digital products;
• All participants in any community, Q&A session, or communication channel associated with The AI Agent Sprint;
• All recipients of our email communications.

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Access and use the Site and digital products for your own personal and internal business purposes;
• Apply the frameworks, methodologies, and templates from the book in your own consulting practice to deliver work to real clients;
• Adapt white-label templates (Enterprise tier only) for client-facing use in your business, subject to Section 5 below;
• Reference and cite the book or author’s name in articles, presentations, social media posts, podcasts, and academic work, with appropriate and accurate attribution;
• Share factual, accurate, non-deceptive information about the book on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Recommend the book to peers, colleagues, or clients as a genuine personal recommendation.

3. Prohibited Uses — Site & Content

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute: Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share our digital content — including templates, frameworks, book chapters, AI prompts, or any portion thereof — with anyone who is not a licensed user under your specific account tier;
• Create competing commercial works: Build, sell, or distribute competing courses, books, toolkits, training programmes, templates, or similar products that incorporate or are substantially derived from our proprietary content or frameworks, without our prior written consent;
• Use for AI training: Use any content from this Site, the book, or our digital products to train, fine-tune, prompt-engineer, distil, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether for personal, commercial, or research purposes;
• Scrape or automate: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or automated tools to access, extract, index, or copy any content from the Site;
• Record content: Screen-record, screen-capture en masse, or otherwise reproduce any audio or video content beyond any functionality expressly provided on the platform;
• Upload publicly: Upload or post any of our templates, frameworks, or proprietary content to public repositories (including GitHub, Google Drive public links, Notion public pages, Reddit, Scribd, or similar platforms);
• Impersonate: Represent yourself as affiliated with, employed by, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of Sentient Sky Ltd, SentientSky Press, SentientSky Labs, or Niku Dutta;
• Violate intellectual property: Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trade mark, or proprietary legend included in or on any content;
• Circumvent security: Attempt to bypass, disable, hack, or interfere with any security feature, digital rights management system, access control, or authentication mechanism on the Site.

4. Prohibited Uses — Conduct

You may not use the Site, products, or any associated platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Make guaranteed income, results, or “get-rich-quick” claims to third parties in connection with our materials, in violation of FTC guidelines or equivalent rules in your jurisdiction;
• Misrepresent the contents, scope, or nature of our products to any third party;
• Harass, defame, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against any individual or group;
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) using contact information collected from the Site or from other users;
• Engage in fraud, deception, or any dishonest scheme;
• Export or use materials in violation of any applicable export control laws or sanctions.

5. Template & Framework Usage Rules

Our 600+ templates are proprietary intellectual property licensed — not sold — to you. The following rules apply across all tiers. Print book buyers with access to the Starter Kit (~100 resources via QR code) have the same usage rights as the Book Bundle column below for the resources they can access.

6. Community Standards (Where Applicable)

If we operate any community platform, forum, Slack workspace, Q&A session, or group channel associated with The AI Agent Sprint:

• Engage with all participants professionally and respectfully;
• Do not solicit, promote, or advertise third-party products or services to community members without prior consent from Sentient Sky Ltd;
• Do not share confidential client information, personal data, or sensitive business information in community spaces;
• Do not share your account credentials or invite non-licensed users into any access-controlled space;
• VIP or members-only community content is confidential and may not be reproduced or shared outside the platform;
• Comply with the terms and community guidelines of any underlying platform (e.g., Slack, Circle, Discord).

7. Consequences of Breach

We take violations of this AUP seriously. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies, we reserve the right to, without notice or liability:

• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated access to digital materials;
• Recover any benefit obtained through unauthorised use of our intellectual property;
• Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement, regulatory, or intellectual property authorities;
• Seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent ongoing or threatened violations;
• Pursue claims for damages, including an account of profits derived from unauthorised commercial exploitation of our intellectual property.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — including unauthorised sharing or sale of our materials, impersonation, or abusive conduct — please report it to [email protected]. We investigate all credible reports promptly and treat reports in confidence where possible.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as our products and services evolve. Continued use of the Site or products after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
