4. Digital Product Disclosure
- Digital products are delivered online via your account at aiagentsprint.com;
- No physical goods are shipped for digital-only purchases;
- A valid email address and internet access are required;
- The book is not a medical, legal, financial, or professional advice product;
- Digital content is non-refundable once access is granted (see Section 5 and our full Refund Policy).
5. Refund and Cancellation Rights
Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. This is the general rule for all digital tiers.
A 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all digital tiers, running from your digital access date. To claim it, go through Part I of the book and contact us within 14 days of your access date if you do not believe the frameworks give you what you need to land your first AI client. This guarantee is separate from and in addition to any applicable statutory rights, and is described in full in our Refund Policy.
Limited exceptions exist where required by applicable law:
- Technical failure by us: If digital access is not granted within 60 days of purchase — or, for pre-sale purchases, within the stated delivery window from the pre-sale closing date, whichever is later — due to our error;
- Product defect: If the product is materially defective or materially not as described, contact us to discuss resolution;
- Your statutory rights under applicable US state consumer protection law are unaffected by this policy.
Physical books purchased through Amazon or other retailers are subject to those retailers’ own returns policies.

8. Payment Security
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified);
- We do not store your full payment card details;
- All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption;
- Payment plans are billed automatically at 30-day intervals via your card on file.
9. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

10. Other US State Privacy Rights
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon, Montana, and other states with enacted consumer privacy laws have rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. 11. CAN-SPAM Compliance
- All commercial email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act;
- Every marketing email includes a clear sender identification and a functional one-click unsubscribe link;
- Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days;
- Subject lines accurately represent the content of the email;
- Our physical mailing address is included in all commercial emails.
12. TCPA Compliance (SMS & WhatsApp)
- We do not send SMS or WhatsApp marketing messages without your explicit prior written consent;
- If you have opted in to SMS communications, message and data rates may apply;
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP;
