Refund & Returns Policy
Version 4.0 | Effective: May 2026 | AI Agent Sprint™ – an imprint of Sentient Sky Ltd
Plain-English Summary
We want you to love this book. Here is how our refund policy works in simple terms:
- Pre-sale buyers: You can cancel any time before you receive digital access and get a full refund – no questions asked.
- After you get access: You have 14 days to go through Part I of the book. If it doesn’t deliver what you need, contact us for a full refund.
- After 14 days: All sales are final, except for genuine product defects (which we always fix or refund, regardless of timing).
- Discretionary refunds (outside the guarantee, defect, or statutory windows): A 10% administrative deduction applies.
- If you get a refund: Your licence is revoked and you must delete all downloaded materials.
- Your legal rights always apply. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
1. Digital Products – General Rule
Because digital content is delivered electronically and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales of digital products – including the Professional Digital Bundle, Enterprise Team Bundle, Starter Toolkit, and any bundled digital component — are final and non-refundable once digital access has been granted, subject to the exceptions set out in this policy.
This general rule applies regardless of whether or how much of the content has been accessed or downloaded, your satisfaction with the content, your ability to implement the frameworks, or changes in your circumstances.
The exceptions to this general rule are described in the sections that follow. If any exception applies to your situation, it overrides this general rule.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All digital product tiers include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. The 14-day window runs from your Digital Access Date – that is, the date your access credentials and/or digital access link are first sent to your registered email address. It does not run from your purchase date (which may be earlier if you purchased during a pre-sale period).
To claim:
- Go through Part I of the book (which is also available free of charge – no purchase required).
- If you do not believe the frameworks give you what you need, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your Digital Access Date.
- State that you have completed Part I and explain why the product did not meet your needs.
- We will issue a full refund (no deductions) within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Important
This guarantee is a voluntary, contractual commitment that goes beyond your statutory rights. It is not a results guarantee or income guarantee. It does not apply to accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. It does not extend beyond 14 days from your Digital Access Date under any circumstances. Refunds under this guarantee are issued in full, with no administrative deduction.
3. Pre-Sale Cancellation Rights
This Section Applies During Pre-Sale Only
If you purchased during a pre-sale period (before digital access has been granted to your account), the following cancellation rights apply in addition to any statutory rights described elsewhere in this policy.
Full refund, any time before access. You may cancel your pre-sale order for a full refund – no questions asked and no deductions — at any time before digital access is granted to your account. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Expected delivery. We intend to grant full digital access on or around the stated launch date. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days of the stated date, we will contact you with a revised timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Bridge content. Any bridge, starter, or preview content provided to you during the pre-sale period does not constitute delivery of the primary product. Your pre-sale cancellation rights remain fully intact until full digital access is granted, regardless of whether you have accessed bridge content.
After full digital access is granted: Your pre-sale cancellation rights end. From that point, the 14-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 2) begins, and all other sections of this policy apply as normal.
Payment processing note: Our payment processor (Polar.sh, acting as Merchant of Record) may hold pre-sale funds until the product is delivered. This does not affect your cancellation rights.
4. When the Delivery Date Clock Starts
Your “Digital Access Date” is the date and time your account access credentials and/or digital access link are dispatched to your registered email address. This is the date from which the 14-day satisfaction guarantee begins, and the date used for calculating all refund windows under this policy.
Staged delivery: Some downloadable resources (such as Excel calculators, PowerPoint templates, and DOCX frameworks) may be released progressively over the first 7–14 days following your Digital Access Date. This staged rollout is part of the product’s design and does not delay the start of the 14-day satisfaction guarantee. However, it does mean that the full resource library may not be available on Day 1.
5. EU & UK Consumers – Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Legal Notice for EU and UK Consumers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37), consumers purchasing at a distance have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The rules below explain how this right applies to our products.
5.1 Instant-access purchases (post-launch)
Where digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, you are presented at checkout with a separate, unticked checkbox requiring you to: (a) expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By checking this box and completing your purchase, your statutory withdrawal right is waived in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you did not check that box (or if, due to a technical error, the checkbox was not presented), you retain your full 14-day statutory withdrawal right. To exercise it, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] or use the Model Cancellation Form in Section 12. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
5.2 Pre-sale purchases (access not granted immediately)
Where a purchase is made before digital access is available (pre-sale), no waiver of the withdrawal right is obtained at checkout because no digital content is being supplied immediately. Your 14-day statutory withdrawal right runs from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us – no reason required.
If bridge or starter content is provided during the pre-sale period, any waiver obtained at checkout applies only to that bridge content. It does not affect your withdrawal rights regarding the primary product.
Important: Your separate pre-sale cancellation rights under Section 3 continue beyond the 14-day statutory window until full digital access is granted. The pre-sale cancellation right and the statutory withdrawal right run concurrently – whichever gives you the longer protection applies.
5.3 Statutory rights for defective digital content
Waiving the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Directive 2019/770, if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether you have waived your withdrawal right. See Section 7 for details.
6. Australian Consumers – Consumer Law Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010), our digital products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a digital product is defective, not as described, or fails to function as warranted:
- You are entitled to a remedy – which may include repair, replacement, or refund – depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
- You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from the failure.
These guarantees apply to all purchases made by Australian consumers and cannot be excluded or limited by any other provision of this policy. The 10% administrative deduction described in Section 9 does not apply to refunds arising from these consumer guarantees.
To claim under Australian consumer guarantees, contact [email protected] with your order details and a description of the defect or failure. We will respond within 5 business days.
7. Defective or Non-Functional Digital Content
Regardless of your jurisdiction and regardless of whether the 14-day guarantee window has passed, if digital content purchased from us is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially inconsistent with its description, we will follow this process:
- Acknowledge – We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days of you contacting us at [email protected].
- Remedy – We will attempt repair, technical resolution, or replacement within 5 business days of confirming the issue.
- Refund – If we cannot reasonably fix the defect within a further 5 business days, we will issue a full refund. No Part I completion requirement applies to genuine defect claims. No administrative deduction applies.
Statutory Note
This section reflects obligations under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content provisions), EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services, and the Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded by any other clause in this policy.
8. Other Jurisdictions
In other jurisdictions where mandatory statutory refund or remedy rights apply to digital goods – including applicable US state consumer protection laws – we will comply with those obligations. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable mandatory law provides rights that conflict with this policy, the statutory rights prevail.
US buyers (pre-orders): In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) and analogous state requirements, buyers who purchase during any pre-sale period may cancel for a full refund at any time before digital access is granted. California consumers: All refund terms, conditions, and applicable fees are disclosed in this policy as required under California Civil Code §1723.
9. Administrative & Processing Deduction
Where we approve a discretionary refund – that is, a refund granted outside of the 14-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 2), a genuine defect claim (Section 7), a pre-sale cancellation (Section 3), or a statutory withdrawal or statutory consumer guarantee (Sections 5, 6, and 8) – a deduction of 10% of the original purchase price will be applied before the refund is processed.
This deduction reflects the real costs we incur when a transaction is reversed, including:
- Non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor;
- Account administration, support, and review costs;
- Digital delivery and fulfilment infrastructure costs.
The 10% deduction does NOT apply to:
- Refunds under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 2) – these are always full refunds.
- Refunds for genuine product defects (Section 7) – these are always full refunds.
- Pre-sale cancellations before digital access is granted (Section 3) – these are always full refunds.
- Statutory withdrawals under EU/UK law (Section 5) – these are always full refunds.
- Statutory consumer guarantee claims under Australian Consumer Law (Section 6) – these are always full refunds.
- Any refund required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
If the 10% deduction applies to your refund, we will tell you the exact deduction amount and net refund amount before we process the refund, so you can confirm or withdraw your request. You will never be surprised by a deduction after the fact.
Worked Example
If you purchased the Professional Digital Bundle for $97 and request a discretionary refund outside the 14-day guarantee window, the deduction would be $9.70 and the net refund amount would be $87.30. We will confirm this with you before processing.
10. Licence Revocation & Deletion Obligation
If a refund is approved under any provision of this policy, the following take immediate effect:
- Licence termination. Your licence to access, use, and retain any digital content associated with the refunded purchase is immediately and permanently revoked.
- Deletion obligation. You must permanently delete all copies of the digital content from all devices, storage media, and cloud services – including PDFs, templates, calculators, prompts, frameworks, and any derivative materials.
- Account access. We will disable your access to the refunded product promptly upon processing the refund.
- Continued use is infringement. Any continued access to, use of, or distribution of the content after a refund constitutes unauthorised use and may infringe our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
Refund Abuse
Requesting a refund while continuing to use the digital content, or downloading all materials with the intention of seeking a refund, constitutes refund fraud and a breach of our Terms. Such behaviour may result in: denial of the refund request, permanent account suspension, revocation of all licences without refund, or legal action. We maintain delivery logs, download records, and access timestamps for this purpose.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. We respond to all enquiries within 3 business days and are committed to resolving genuine issues quickly under the terms of this policy.
Our right to contest: We maintain comprehensive records of all digital deliveries – including delivery timestamps, access logs, download records, and checkout consent confirmations. Where a chargeback is filed without a genuine basis (including after a refund has already been issued, or after the buyer has accessed and used the content), we reserve the right to contest the dispute using this evidence.
Consequences of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks:
- Permanent suspension of your account and all associated licences;
- Reporting of the incident to our payment processor and platform partners;
- Debt recovery action for the disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees and penalties we incur, where legally permitted;
- Referral to relevant fraud prevention and consumer protection authorities where appropriate.
Platform note: Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. Polar reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion in order to prevent chargebacks. If Polar refunds your purchase proactively, this is treated as a refund under this policy and the licence revocation and deletion obligations in Section 10 apply.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legitimate statutory right to dispute a transaction with your card issuer.
12. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Include: (a) your order number, (b) email address used at purchase, (c) purchase date, (d) reason for your request, and (e) if claiming under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, a statement confirming you have completed Part I.
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via our payment processor. We cannot issue refunds by cash, bank transfer, or alternative credits.
- If a discretionary refund with the 10% administrative deduction applies, we will confirm the deduction amount and net refund with you before processing. You may withdraw your request at that point.
- If declined and you disagree, you may escalate by contacting [email protected]. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
EU/UK statutory cancellation: You may also use the Model Cancellation Form below, or any other clear written statement. No specific form is required.

13. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances (except where overridden by mandatory statutory rights):
- Requests made after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee window where no product defect or statutory right applies;
- Requests based solely on change of mind, dissatisfaction with your own implementation, or changes in your business circumstances;
- Purchases where a prior refund has already been issued for the same or substantially similar product;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Requests where evidence indicates refund abuse (as described in Section 10).
Late or exceptional-circumstance requests may be considered at our sole discretion. If approved, the 10% administrative deduction (Section 9) applies.
14. Physical Books
Physical books (paperback and hardcover editions) sold via Amazon or other retail platforms are subject to those platforms’ own returns and refund policies. We do not process returns or refunds for physical books purchased through third-party retailers – please contact the retailer directly.
