By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting your email address, or purchasing any product, you confirm that:

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Polar.sh, acting as Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment processing, billing operations, tax collection where applicable, and secure payment handling.

We do not store your full card details.

6. Intellectual Property & Licence

6.1 Ownership

All content, frameworks, prompts, downloads, templates, graphics, branding, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of Sentient Sky Ltd and/or Niku Dutta.

6.2 Licence Grant

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Redistribute or resell materials;
• Upload materials publicly;
• Share downloads outside your licence;
• Use materials to train AI systems;
• Reverse engineer or scrape content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or regulations;
• Misrepresenting identity;
• Attempting unauthorised access;
• Introducing malware or harmful code;
• Sharing proprietary materials publicly;
• Making misleading income claims using our content;
• Using automated scraping tools.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Pre-Sale Purchases

Where products are sold before full release, purchasers may receive staged or bridge content before the final product launch.

If the primary product is not delivered within the stated delivery window, you may be entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimers

All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

10. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory statutory rights available under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

16. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Payment processing and digital delivery for AI Agent Sprint™ digital products is operated by Polar.sh acting as Merchant of Record.

Polar processes payments, handles payment-method data, and facilitates refunds on our behalf.

Polar may issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in order to prevent chargebacks.

17. Staged Digital Delivery

Some supplementary resources may be released progressively during the first 7–14 days following your Digital Access Date.

This staged delivery does not delay the start of the satisfaction guarantee period.

18. Licence Revocation Upon Refund

18.1 Immediate Licence Termination

All licences are immediately revoked when a refund is approved.

18.2 Mandatory Deletion

You must permanently delete all copies of refunded digital materials from all devices and cloud services.

19. Refund Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or bad-faith conduct relating to refunds.

• Download-and-refund abuse;
• Multiple-account refund abuse;
• False refund claims;
• Continued use after refund.

20. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using delivery logs, policy acceptance records, and download data.

21. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights that apply under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

• UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
• EU consumers retain rights under applicable EU directives;
• Australian consumers retain rights under Australian Consumer Law;
• US consumers retain rights under applicable state consumer laws.
